ask for us to repair
The insurance is now informed about the ABC`s, next step is to ask the insurer to repair your vehicle at UGSR (Ultra Gloss Smash Repairs), US!.
Once your insurance claim is assessed and we are approved as you choice of repairer.
You will be given:
- A claim no (Write it down)
- Amount of excess that needs to be paid according to your insurer, tell us don`t forget.
*We may be able to wave that.
we asses and quote
Let UGSR take over from here. We will asses your vehicles damage, organise a quote and send it off to your insurer, with the photo`s of the smash bits.
Once the quote is approved by your insurer, all that is left to do is to repair your vehicle.
If you require a hire car in the meantime, feel free to ask for one.
Once your car is repaired, your insurance will be notified with proof of photo`s. Then our work is assessed and the car is released back into your hands.
Then we are all done. Life is really easy at UGSR.
